THE 3 STEPS

One of the most beautiful trails in Alto Oltrepo. The route is almost entirely at high altitude, presents glimpses of the Trebbia and Staffora valleys and touches the main peaks of the Pavese Apennines. The three passes, Pietragavina, Penice and Brallo, together with the Monte Alpe reserve, are the characteristic points of this route, which, through dirt roads and singletracks, between beech woods and pastures, leads us on the paths of the Via del Mare. Very challenging route in terms of distance and altitude, suitable for experienced riders with a good workout.
